I picked this one up from the library. It was so much better then I thought it would be! It follows Emma, who is undecided on what she wants to be or do with herself. She was born Amish, but can't decide if she wants to join the church. She goes to stay with a cousin to help to make her decision on what to do with her life. While there she meets Noah. Soon she meets and Englisher who wants to bring her into the real world.
The storyline is good for all ages and teaches some lessons about how the grass is not always greener on the other side of the fence. The area where the film was shot is beautiful. It seems to be true to life as to where an Amish girl would live. Some of the situations are not super realistic. But, the story is cute and fun and there is a happy ending. This was a perfect light romance for a cold winter night!
